The intake for the M.Ed Degree Programme shall be fixed by the SRC – NCTE, Bangalore, form time to time. At present the intake is 475.
Duration of the M.Ed Degree Programme is two years. Every candidate has to attend two contact programmes of first and second year in two consecutive years. Those who could not complete the theory examinations within the stipulated time have to complete the same within four years of admission.
Medium of instruction for the Programme will be English/Kannada. However, candidates are permitted to write their assignments, Dissertation Report and the Term - End Examination in Kannada. Viva-Voce will be conducted in English / Kannada.
